On March 3rd, 2020 Federation Housing will reopen its housing application waiting list for Miriam & Robert M. Rieder House.

Applicants must be 62+ years old OR Non-elderly physically disabled.

Qualified residents pay 30% of adjusted income for rent. Utilities included - Elevator building - Wheelchair accessible.

or by calling 215-673-6446 x 100 between 9AM and 3PM, Monday - Friday.
