Communities

We are proud to be the leading provider of affordable housing for low-income seniors who are able to live independently. Our beautiful communities in Philadelphia, Montgomery and Bucks counties are home to over 1,500 elderly men and women who are aging in place with access to programs and services which help them sustain their self-sufficiency.

 

Samuel A. Green House

 

Samuel A. Green House, in Elkins Park, is an 84-unit three story building with one bedroom apartments. Residents enjoy the social room, lobby, library/media room, chapel, computer center, patio, gazebo and extensive walking paths.
An on-site social worker facilitates access to community services to benefit our senior residents.
Samuel A. Green House is a low-income housing tax credit building for the elderly.
The rent is not subsidized and applicants must meet income eligibility set by Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA).

Florence E. Green House

 

Florence E. Green House, in Feasterville Trevose, is a 60-unit, three story building with one and two-bedroom apartments. A large community room on the first floor offers dining space with kitchenette for resident use, comfortable seating and access to an adjacent outdoor patio.  Other common areas throughout the building include a wellness center, computer room and library. Outside, residents can enjoy ample parking, a gazebo and a walking path. An on-site social worker facilitates access to community services to benefit our senior residents. Florence E. Green House is a low-income housing tax credit building for the elderly. The rent is not subsidized and applicants must meet income eligibility set by Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA).

Annabel Gardens

Annabel Gardens in Willow Grove, is a 54-unit three story building with one bedroom apartments. Residents enjoy the community room, lobby, library/computer center, and outdoor veranda.

Robert Saligman Apartments

 

Robert Saligman Apartments, in Northeast Philadelphia, is a 202/Section 8 HUD subsidized, affordable housing, residential 180-unit ten story building with efficiencies and one-bedroom apartments. Originally created as a ten story Holiday Inn Hotel, in 1977, the building was converted through extensive rehabilitation into 180 apartments.
Robert Saligman North is an addition to Robert Saligman Apartments. Construction was completed in 1994 with 106 one-bedroom units.
Residents enjoy the lobby, social room, library/media room, chapel and computer center. On-site social workers facilitate access to community services to benefit our senior residents.

Miriam & Robert Rieder Apartments is adjacent to Evelyn & Daniel Tabas House and Center Park III.
Residents enjoy the light-filled dining hall, lobby, library/media room, chapel, computer center, and patio.
On-site social workers facilitate access to community services to benefit our senior residents.
Rieder House is a 202/Section 8 HUD subsidized affordable housing building.

Ephraim Goldstein Apartments

 

Ephraim Goldstein Apartments, in Northeast Philadelphia, is a 154-unit high-rise building with efficiencies and one-bedroom apartments. The mid-rise building consists of two properties named Shalom Apartments and Arbor House.
Residents enjoy the social room, lobby, library/media room, chapel, computer center, and patio.
On-site social workers facilitate access to community services to benefit our senior residents.
Goldstein Apartments is a 231/Section 8 and 202/Section 8 HUD subsidized affordable housing building.
