NAHMA COQ Award

We are pleased to announce that we are once again recipients of a National Affordable Housing Management Association Communities of Quality® (COQ) Award. In September 2018, Federation Housing (FH) received this award for three of our projects (Miriam & Robert Rieder Apartments, Center Park II and Center Park III), which recognizes affordable housing communities that have achieved a high standard of excellence in the way in which they are managed, the services they provide residents and the experience and training of personnel.

Since 1970, FH has been a leading provider of affordable housing and services for the elderly in the Philadelphia region. FH is committed to expanding their mission of developing properties and providing services to meet the on-going demand of our low-income seniors in the community.
